Warranty and Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds simply because you changed your mind or make a wrong decision. If a refund is given due to customer change of mind, a 10% fee will apply. The decision to refund in this instance is at Powerlink International’s discretion.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do, however, if an item is faulty, we reserve the right to replace the unit or have it repaired at our discretion.
Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.

  •  Goods returned must be accompanied by a Return Authorisation(RA) Form
  •  Please contact Powerlink to obtain a RA Form for a return.

 If you have received an item that is not the item listed on your order, Powerlink will organise the freight and will replace your item with the correct one. We usually do not offer refunds on incorrect orders, as we just replace the item with the correct one. If you have received an erroneous mobile phone etc, and have seen or noted that it is the wrong item, opened up the packaging and used the product, then this item is no longer eligible for a return, as you have used the item and were fully aware that it was incorrect before opening the box.

This item would now be classified as used.

If you have received incorrect goods you must return your incorrect item first before Powerlink sends out a replacement. This is due to Powerlink's Warranty and Returns policy, and this policy cannot be altered or modified in any other way.

All goods must be shipped back to Powerlink with original accessories/boxes to be eligable for any repairs/replacements. If the goods are sent back without any of the accessories, there may be unforseen delays, and your item may be shipped back to you.

Powerlink cannot replace goods that do not have their original packaging.
